  • 125 ml yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 20 g of parsley

1. Grind the garlic and chop the parsley finely.

2. Wash the cucumber and grate it, and then squeeze out the juice.

Sweet and sour sauce

  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 50 g Parmesan
  • 3 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • salt to taste

Cooking:

1. Rinse the basil with cool water and separate the leaves from the stems, dry well.

2. Coarsely chop the garlic and grate the cheese.

3. Put all ingredients in the blender cup, except the butter. Olive oil should be added gradually, as whipping in a mixer.
