Stimulate hair growth with these 3 scrubs

Every woman dreams of a lush long hair, but not everyone can grow it. Scientists have proven that hair growth is influenced not only by caring means in the form of masks, oils, fluids and balms, but also by proper cleansing of the scalp. To activate the growth of hair scrubs will be the main assistants.

Distinguished manufacturers of hair cosmetics have already launched an entire line of expensive scrubs with different fillings, but practical craftswomen prefer to make them at home.

Here are some recipes for the most popular scalp cleansers:

This option primarily cleanses the skin and restores the natural pH using apple cider vinegar.

  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (it can be replaced with baking soda)
  • 1 tablespoon of coconut or any other oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 5 drops of peppermint or tea tree oil (this is an optional ingredient)

All components must be mixed in a bowl and mix. Gently apply the mixture to the scalp. Leave the scrub on the hair for 5-10 minutes, rinse with warm water, then shampoo and balm.
